WHAT IT MEANS TO ORGANIZE A CONFERENCE

The conference organization process can be divided into 4 phases:

Plan:: This first phase lays the foundation for the whole conference. In the planning phase, conference organizers typically define which submission types are accepted for the conference and what booking items are available to potential visitors.

Prepare:: In the preparation phase, Online Registry will be configured and set up to support the organization of the conference. Once everything is set up, the conference will be announced and interested persons will be invited.

Execute :: During the execution phase, submitters will upload their scientific contributions. The scientific congress committee will then decide which contributions are accepted for the conference. Besides that, interested persons will have the chance to register and book for the conference. Having the list of contributions available, sessions will be planned accordingly and presented to conference visitors. Finally the conference will take place.

Review:: In the review phase, conference organizers will reflect the conference in order to find out if all goals have been achieved. The outcome of this phase will be used as input for the planning phase of the next conference.
